Perspective Candidate:

On the following document is our application, professional background questionnaire and agreement of terms and conditions. It is imperative that the application be filled out completely and in detail. Do not use SEE RESUME, as your application becomes our worksheet. The requested information is exactly what prospective employers want prior ro generating any interview interest. As you can see, it is in your best interest for expediency's sake to be as complete as possible. A cover letter detailing your employment objectives, relocation preferences, strong points, etc. will be invaluable.

Return the completed application and sign the agreement (back of application) at you earliest convenience. There is a processing fee of $25.00. The $25.00 does not guarantee you a position, only that we will maintain your data in an active file. Once we have received your check or money order made out to Du Val International and the completed paperwork, we will proceed to work with you to find a position that fits your requirements and past employment background.

Please include a photograph of yourself that we may keep with your file. Also include a list of references, copies of diplomas and letters of recommendation.
